About me
I’m a UX researcher with a background in computer science, a strong appreciation for systems thinking, and a focus on helping teams make sense of ambiguity.
I’ve worked across research, design, and development in startups, large tech companies, and the public sector. These experiences gave me a well-rounded view of how products and services come together.
My strength lies in helping teams get unstuck. I do this by planning thoughtful research, talking to the right people, and translating findings into clear next steps. This could involve facilitating strategy workshops, running user interviews, or building systems that improve future research. I also care deeply about creating technology that helps people live better, more connected lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing volleyball, table tennis, and chess.

3. Apply the right methods
I draw from a research toolkit that includes user interviews, workshops, contextual inquiry, surveys, and other methods.

I share findings early and often, while translating data into clear, practical recommendations that influence roadmaps.
5. Build for long-term impact
I improve research infrastructure and ways of working so future research is faster, clearer, and easier to use.
